OUR NEWSLETTER

If you sign up for our newsletter we collect your name and email address, and we keep records of whether our emails were opened and whether links inside them were clicked. We use Constant Contact to send our newsletter.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any newsletter, or by contacting us.

JOB APPLICANTS

When you apply for a position with us through our website, we collect the information requested on the employment application form. Because of the regulated nature of pharmacy work and Bermuda’s employment and immigration requirements, this can include:

• Your name, address, contact details and date of birth
• Your Social Insurance Number
• Your Bermudian status, spousal employment rights, or permission to seek employment in Bermuda
• Your education and employment history, and your CV
• Your driver’s licence details, where relevant to the role
• Details of any criminal convictions, where you choose to disclose them
• Your agreement to our drug and alcohol free workplace policy
• The names and contact details of the referees you provide

We use this information solely to assess your application and to verify the information you have given us. We use ApplicantPro to manage recruitment. Please make sure your referees are content for you to share their details with us.

SERVICE PROVIDERS OUTSIDE BERMUDA

Some of the companies that provide services to us are based outside Bermuda, including our website host, our newsletter provider and our recruitment system provider. Where personal information is transferred outside Bermuda we remain responsible for it, and we take steps to ensure it receives a comparable level of protection, as PIPA requires.
